Minimum Orders: We have a minimum order of 250.00 USD per order. Ordering: Down load an order form and fax or email it to us. You can place an order over the phone. Phone: 877-245-6487 Fax: 877-245-6487 Shipping: We ship via UPS ground, unless otherwise instructed. Product Availability: We knit to order and carry no inventory. Thus our delivery time varies from 5 to 8 weeks. Please check when ordering on your deliver time. Payment Term: First time buyers are required to pay before we ship the product. We accept all major credit cards, prepay and c.o.d. Returns: All damage claims must be made within 5 business days. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and claims can no longer be filed. 2H is not responsible for shipping delays, failure of shipper to deliver, loss or penalty charges caused by carriers. Before accepting merchandise examine carefully. If things are damaged keep the packaging and report immediately to 2H within 5 business days. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of merchandise. Approved returns are only accepted via prepaid regular insured mail to the following address. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless product is defective.
